Blower Lubricant

Our Lubricants Are Highly Demulsible - Many fluids will not separate easily, if at all, from water. These emulsions mean significantly more for disposal, which increase your costs over 500%.

Our Lubricants Are Environmentally Friendly - Some polyglycol and polyolester lubricants contain heavy metals, making them hazardous materials, which can further increase disposal costs up to 1000%.

Our Lubricants Are Designed Specifically For Blowers & Air Compressors - Compressors have unique heat, oxidation, foaming, volatility and viscosity requirements, which are not properly met by off-the-shelf oils.

Aeon PD & PD-FG synthesized hydrocarbon fluid properties give numerous advantages over mineral based oils:

6000 hr. service life* far exceeds the normal 1500 hr. life of most mineral based fluids

Exceeds blower manufacturers recommendations for viscosity, flash and pour points

Special additive package designed for greater corrosion protection and reduced wearing of critical components

Reduces friction and energy consumption up to 3% for parallel shaft gears

Reduced operating temperatures of up to 5% result in extended blower life

Compatible with most seal materials

4 times fewer oil drain and service intervals reduce maintenance and disposal costs

Superior protection over a broad range of operating temperatures (-30F to 400F)

Environmentally safe, it contains no toxic materials or heavy metals as per OSHA and EPA guidelines

High flash point of 460F significantly minimizes fire hazards

PD-FG is authorized by the USDA as an H-1 lubricant suitable for incidental food contact
