| Description: This factory is shown as a case history because of the unique construction of this plant. Our pre-fabricated steel would be far too expensive to manufacture and ship to the project site which is located in Mexico. For this reason, the factory owner selected to construct the bulky tankage out of poured in place concrete. We provided them with the necessary tank dimensions and drawings, and the field contractor built the structure. The heart of the system, including the blowers, motors, controls, piping, valves, gear drive units, and pumps were packed into a container and shipped to the project site. (As shown in photo above) The contractor then installed the equipment into the tank structure. We recommend this type of facility for the project sites in which ocean freight costs would be expensive. Most areas have contractors to hire for the field assembly. |
