TEII – Industrial Ultraviolet Series
Tipton Envrionmental manufacturers industrial ultraviolet disinfection units that meet the individual needs of our commercial clients. Whether you are focused on flow rates, spatial installation requirements or budgetary concerns, we have a high quality purifier that will help you obtain your goals.

A high quality stainless steel series that is designed for larger and more sophisticated industrial and commercial applications. The power sources for these units are located in remote NEMA enclosures which have indicator lamps, and elapsed running time meter and a fan cooling system.

If your application requires a more customized design, then our team will fabricate a unit to meet your exact specifications.

Units are tested at 200 PSI and have a rated working pressure of 150 PSI. The systems, which are electro-polished and passivated, have two (2) removable heads that allow easy access to periodic maintenance and come with optional manual or automatic quartz wiping systems.

We have designed three industrial product lines to meet you spatial and flow rate needs.

The WWD-I S Series houses 15" - 64" UV Lamps and is designed to handle from 2 – 90 gallons per minute.  It is ideal for light industrial uses.

The WWD-I M Series houses 36" Medium UV Lamps and is designed to handle from 50 – 150 gallons per minute.

The WWD-I L Series houses 64" Large UV Lamps and is designed to handle from 90 – 1300 gallons per minute.
