Complete Blower Packages
The WasteWater Depot line of fiberglass packaged air systems are self-contained and pre-engineered to include all components to meet your application requirements consisting of the blower, motor, interior piping and valving.
Blower Package
For determining the blower performance, and/or diffuser condition, a pressure relief valve and pressure gauge are provided to help reduce the vibration and the noise being created by the air discharge, while providing vibration pad dampeners.
Tipton Fiberglass Blower Package
The Wastewater Depot line of fiberglass packaged air systems are self-contained and pre-engineered to include all components to meet your application requirements. Our packages consist of the blower, motor, internal piping and valving and enclosure. For determining the blower performance, and/or diffuser condition, a pressure relief valve and pressure gauge are provided. To help reduce the vibration and noise, vibration pad dampeners are provided. Wastewater Depot’s fiberglass enclosures come in several sizes and provide excellent protection and weather resistance. Each packaged blower motor unit is factory adjusted for elevation levels at the project site as specified by our customer.
Wastewater Depot also offers blower packages housed within our proprietary fiberglass sound enclosure housing. This housing comes complete with dual opening doors for easy access and will offer noise reduction of 5-7 dba.
All of our packages are designed for simple on-site installation. Wastewater Depot packaged air systems are engineered to meet project-specific requirements.
Tipton Steel Base Package Air Systems
The Wastewater Depot line of steel base packaged air systems are self-contained and pre-engineered to include all components to meet your application requirements. Our packages consist of the blower, motor, interior piping and valving, and optional belt guard, inlet and discharge mufflers, and fiberglass hood for outdoor installations. For determining the blower performance, and/or diffuser condition, a pressure relief valve and pressure gauge are provided. To help reduce the vibration and the noise being created by the air discharge, vibration pad dampeners are provided. Our Wastewater Depot fiberglass hoods provide excellent protection and weather resistance. This includes protection from extreme environments, including hot and cold temperatures, marine environments, wastewater, and industrial applications. Each packaged blower motor unit is factory adjusted for elevation levels specific to each project.
Specialized Packaged Air Systems
The Wastewater Depot line of specialized packaged air systems are self-contained and pre-engineered to include all components to meet your application requirements. For those packaged air systems that require larger CFM and horsepower, the Wastewater Depot specialized packaged air system offers a quality solution. Our packages consist of the blower, motor, interior piping and valving, and enclosure, along with a pressure relief valve and pressure gauge for determining the blower performance, and/or diffuser condition. For larger or special applications, contact our experienced engineering team for your individual requirements.
