Complete Electrical Controls
Wastewater Depot offers design and development of electrical control panels targeted for wastewater treatment equipment and processes. All control panels are designed, manufactured and programmed at Wastewater Depot in Batavia, Ohio. Wastewater Depot is a UL listed control panel workshop.
Control panels are verified through a series of testing prior to shipment, they are also built to minimize field installation time and provide a quality product to the end user. We offer both standard and customizable control panels to meet the requirements of any project.
Secondary Controls
The secondary electrical control system allows you to control the proper amount of air to maintain your wastewater treatment system. This control panel runs the heart the system. The control allows you to operate the system by manual or automatic. In automatic there are different variations we can use to accommodate your needs for your specific plant such as, Skip-A-Day, Alternate, and Variable speed. This unit comes with other options and can be built to the user’s specifications.
Flow Equalization Controls
The Flow Equalization electrical control system allows you to control the amount of flow, flowing through the wastewater plant. This control panel is essential to controlling the type of growth that you plant needs to maintain a quality effluent. This unit can also be controlled by variable speed, liquid level, and level probe. This unit comes with other options and can be built to the user’s specifications.
Tertiary Controls
The Tertiary electrical control system allows the best quality effluent possible. The unit can be built per the size of the plant and allows maximum control of your effluent quality. The user can control the amount of time it takes solids to settle through the filter and when it should be cleaned automatically. This unit can also be equip with an Operator Control Station (OCS) or (PLC) for finer control of the system. This unit is very user friendly and can also be built to the user’s specifications.
