The TEII-PD is a discharge silencer for blowers on which the blower, motor and belt guard are mounted as an integral part of the silencer. The TEII-PD is designed to facilitate package assembly thereby reducing labor and the overall cost of assembling smaller blower packages. The design also enables the package to be pretested and shipped to the jobsite without any disassembly.
The inlet is designed to accept a slip-on type flex connector. Intake filter silencers, intake silencers, flex connectors (with clamps), belt guards and intake silencer supports are also available, making the purchase of accessories for the TEII-PD easier. Blowers, motors and slide rails are not included; however, special flanges, pressure relief valve connections, special finishes and special materials of construction are available at an additional cost.

PD13 Discharge Silencer

The URB Series Discharge Silencer is a heavy-duty, all welded unit constructed of carbon steel sheet and plate. It provides pulse control and silencing adequate for most sub-critical BLV applications. Sizes 4in. and larger are equipped with flanged connections drilled to 125/150 lb. ANSI specifications. Smaller sizes are standard with male threaded pipe nipples. Exterior surfaces receive a shop coat of rust inhibitive primer and may be finish painted in the field if desired. The URB Series is the basic end inlet/end outlet configuration. A low side inlet version is designated the URBY Series; high side inlet, URBH Series; and low opposed connections, URBS Series. The four types are fundamentally alike and the performance is identical. (Sizes 6' and smaller are URB Series rather than URD.) Mounting brackets and other options are available.

The TEII-PD13 incorporates all the benefits of the TEII-D13H series silencer. The inlet is designed to accept a slip-on style flex connector. Blowers, motors, slide-rails and belt guards are not included; however, special flanges, pressure relief valve connections and special finishes and materials of construction are available at an extra cost.

PD33 Discharge Silencer

The TEII-PD33 is a premium discharge silencer for blowers operating above transition speed, on which the blower, motor and belt guard are mounted as an integral part of the silencer. The TEII-PD33 is designed to facilitate package assembly thereby reducing labor and the overall costs of assembling smaller blower packages. The design also enables the package to be pretested and shipped to the jobsite without any disassembly.

Chamber Silencer

A multi-chambered silencer containing a special arrangement of volumes and air passageways to effectively reduce pulsations through the conversion of noise energy into heat. The TEII-D13 may be installed horizontally or vertically. Design parameters permit nozzle orientation to suit installation requirements.

The TEII-D13R & D33R Intake Silencers are designed to provide maximum silencing for the intakes of rotary positive displacement blowers.

FS/PS Filter Silencers

FS Series: Steel Filter Silencers remove dirt and debris at the inlet of compressors, blowers  and fans. The sturdy carbon steel construction makes this blower silencer ideal for many situations. The weather-resistant design also makes it a good fit for most general-duty and heavy-duty applications.

PS Series: Molded Polymer Filter Silencers are used on a variety of small air compressors and equipment that need basic protection in light-duty to general-duty applications. Replace just the element or the whole assembly. These compressor silencers  are light weight and offer weather-resistant construction.
